The client had developed partnerships with a few local realtors and needed a professional brand that the realtors could present to potential clients. Avoiding a stereotypical home centric logo was very important to him.

Brief: Design a professional brand that realtors could present to potential clients for home inspections and maintenance services.

The business cards had to have his accreditations included which meant there was more text than usual for a card design. I kept the copy-heavy side minimal, using only a single logo on the card.

There was an existing informational sheet with more details that would be left with clients. I took that content and reshaped it into a brochure.
